Let the light which you are shine brightly this season.  Give the gift of your love.  Not because you should, or you need to.  Give for the sake of giving, as if this were the most precious and special gift you could share with everyone.  Just send little packages of love wherever you go.  If you are driving, walking, shopping, paying bills, cleaning house. Send your love to everything and everyone around you for a change.  Just look at someone and say “I love you.” silently, and mean it.  Just for the fun of it.  It is free and yet magic can happen!  Silently bestow this gift and sometimes you will see the smile, or sparkle.  Your house might look brighter when everything is blessed with a little love!  You might feel brighter yourself.  Animals do this naturally.  Perhaps you can begin a new habit and transform your life and everyone and everything around you! It is just a thought!  Just a new game to play today!

Sparkling snow melts away into a river of life, nourishing plants, renewing life, evaporating into clouds and down into snow again and again.  Love is like that river.  It melts into things, nourishes them, renews life.  It seems to go away sometimes and then return again and again.  In reality it is always present in every moment.  The door to love is always open, always flowing, infinite and endless.  Open yourself to receive Its’ Grace and endlessly share that with others.  For the gift of love is priceless and when given, always blesses the giver in return.  I bless each of you this time of year as the short days grow longer and the light becomes brighter around you, and in your heart.  May you shine ever brighter every day and help create a new world in which to live this coming year. One filled to overflowing with the Love of the Universe, including your own.
